how to using usb memory stick to install windows7

1. i use HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool to format the usb stick and it will auto copy the dos boot file.

2. just unzip all files from win7.iso

3. in the usb f:/boot/bootsect /nt60 f:

4. done.
